Resources Development Institution is a charitable organization based in Jorhat, Assam, dedicated to empowering rural communities through skill development, education, sustainable agriculture, healthcare awareness, and livelihood generation. Since its establishment in 2000, the organization has focused on supporting underprivileged youth, women, marginal farmers, artisans, and elderly people.
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, digital literacy, environmental protection, and community health initiatives. We aim to strengthen local skills, encourage self-employment, promote sustainable farming practices, and improve the quality of life of economically disadvantaged communities.
Through community participation, awareness programmes, and development initiatives, we strive to build an inclusive society where every individual has the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve a dignified and sustainable livelihood.
